INTIMIDATION OF KEVIN WEST
Not for the feeble. Amongst other negative tactics, Kevin West is subjected to two separate enquiries by the Legal Services Commission and the Council Tax Offices. The Union repeatedly tries to cheat him of his right to a Legal Aid Certificate and thereby legal representation in Court by telling lies about him to the apposite authorities. The Union's lies are appropriately rejected and Kevin West exonerated.
