*   NOTE that for any "charitable" (a term used very loosely when applied to the crooks and thieves of the SNU) organisation to go to court (any court) requires the permission of the Charity Commission - something the SNU chose to ignore but which the CC where horrified to hear when I told them. The Charity Commission joined me as 2nd Defendant against the Spiritualists' National Union when technically I was a 'stranger' in law and the SNU were the charity! This is something the SNU, in berating me, always fails to make known. I wonder why?

 

**  Please note that after Item 22 the SNU had all but lost the case at this point. The temporary injunction they were granted in the Magistrate's was "dismissed and dissolved".
