Auras are defined and fall into several categories.
These are generally delineated thus.
THE PHYSICAL AURA/ASTRAL BODY:
Purely the ‘health condition’. An invisible field of energy that radiates from the body.It also gives good indication as to past and present disorders. It is a perfect representation of the
human body. It is the vehicle we use when we astral travel. It is the blueprint for the physical body.
This aura is also seen by mediums when a guide or loved one returns...it is how we recognise them.
MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL AURA:
Emanating from the head only. Trained healers and mediums clairvoyantly read these emanationsin order to gather information on the sitter. These can give good indication as to the sitter's
present mental and emotional states, and also how each affects their physical health.
The early religious paintings by many of the Old Masters and early Christians depict a glow
or 'gloriosity' about the head area. This is the aura we are concerned with here. It may be
suggested that the early apostles and prophets were so developed in the love of Jesus that
this aura was sometimes clearly discernible by onlookers. There is also a curved feature to
this aura which when seen as split shows mental instability. A massive subject and one worthy

THE SPIRITUAL AURA:
This is the aura that extends furthest from the body, usually half to a one third of a metre.A good indication of how we can become aware of this particular aura is when someone invades
our space. For instance, we may be on a bus or train or in an office and someone will sit too close.
We may or may not feel comfortable with this ‘invasion’. If there is a clash in the overlapping
auric field then the energies distort, become resistant and will resemble something akin to
interference on a TV picture. If we are happy with this invasion, then a harmonic resonance
may be perceived. By sensing this aura, we get a good indication as to the spiritual nature of the
individual. It is said that charismatics and some famous [and infamous] people have a strongly
developed and widely expanding spirit aura. There are those who can change the atmosphere
of a room or place as soon as they walk in to it.
THE DIVINE SPARK: The first aura.This is referred to in the first of
The Seven Principles page on The Fatherhood of God. It is the Soul of the individual andcreates all the auras and energies of the individual. It is the eternal spark of God contained
in each and everyone of us.
ENERGIES AND ‘PSYCHIC IMPRINTS’: These can be left on all things. People often
wonder how an ancient object, stone or crystal can be read psychometrically. It is because
God's energy and/or energy itself, is immortal. If you take a piece of wood and burn it, you
can't destroy it! You only change its form. The heat, the flames, the light, the smoke, the noise
and ash are the sum of the original piece of wood you've just burnt. It is also the same with the
psychic energies. How often do we go into a room or house and feel/sense a good or bad
atmosphere? These are latent psychic energies and imprints the 'sensitive one' becomes aware of.
Question:How come there are colours in the aura, and with these energies?
Answer:Everything is colour. Click on Colours for a deeper explanation. A good analogy
would be to look at the aura as a flower. By reading a flower's colours and condition we can tell
everything about it...can we not? We can tell if there is new growth, if it needs more light, if it's
past its best, if it needs more water and so on. The auric reading of the colours and energies is
exactly the same. Just think for a moment how complex the human body is. The aura is infinitely
more subtle and complex! When seen in its full glory it is beyond all imagination and expectation.
Unfortunately, when we read the aura we are only seeing small aspects of the greater whole.
People in our churches and Awareness Classes often think that the aura is made up of primary
colours, or that they are ill shaped psychedelic blobs. Neither is true. Neither is it true that we
go about in the Spirit World with flashing auras. The aura is seen only at the will and discretion
of the individual concerned. And this leads us onto a very special point that needs to be made here.
